Produced from bees kept on the heather moorlands of Dartmoor and Exmoor, this honey has a strong flavour with Heathery notes and a caramelly undertone. Dark amber in colour and 'crunchy' in texture this honey is perfect for swirling on porridge, dolloping on toasted crumpets and teacakes and goes wonderfully with a cheese platter.
