Paynes pure and natural local honey sourced straight from our beehives. Available as a clear honey or a soft set honey direct from our beefarm (click n collect) or online and in various sizes from 42g to 25kg drums.
Our hives are situated across Sussex along the beautiful South Downs with an abundance of mixed wildflowers. As a result our Sussex honey has a beautifully delicious yet subtle flavour to it and varies in colour depending on what flowers the bees have foraged on. The honey is harvested a couple of times a year by us using traditional methods passed down by previous generations.
